Ricia Coleman has been teaching in the dance industry since she graduated in Dance Studies with a BA Honours degree in 2006. She went on to form the Cascade Dance Company in 2007 where she specialises in Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet dance. In 2007 Ricia gained a YMCA Exercise to Music qualification and went on to complete her Ballet Fitness unit in 2008. Ricia discovered a passion for Pole dance in 2007 and in 2008 began to teach Pole Fitness Classes. Ricia is a qualified Pole Silks instructor with Spin City with full public liability insurance and is also DBS First aid qualified.




Bronnie started pole fitness in 2012 and aerial hoop in 2014. Bronnie has trained in dance since she was
four in a range of styles including contemporary, ballet, tap, jazz. Bronnie has taught dance for local dance companies. Qualifications: NATD Contemporary dance exams LAMDA drama exams Music theory exams Singing exams Level 3 BTEC in performing arts - dance pathway Young lifesavers first aid trained Level 2 dance leaders Bronze arts award Currently studying at University of Greenwich- Primary Education Pole and Aerial Hoop performances: Grip showcases Cirquesque Revolutions Pole Twist Summer Showcases Hoping to compete in 2018. Bronnie is also DBS First aid qualified.

NAOMI (teaching assistant)

Naomi started pole in 2012 and begun hoop in 2015. Naomi was a gymnast between the ages of 5 and 16. Novice gymnastics couch aged 15/16 . Pole and aerial hoop performances: Grip showcases, Circesque Summer showcase . Qualifications: Naomi is First aid trianed.
